Comprehensive Assessments

We do a comprehensive psycho-social assessment which includes a mental status exam and an ASAM for screening of SUD. After the initial assessment you will have a clear understanding of your situation, whether our setting is right for you and what your overall treatment plan may look like. Our treatment philosophy includes the importance of coordinating care with other providers or support contacts such as your primary care doctor, a family member or anyone else you would like us to contact.
