Counseling and Psychotherapy

We provide individualize counseling/psychotherapy where clients work one-on-one with our licensed staff in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. Access Recovery Mental Health provides a person center approach to treatment, aligned with a holistic approach that includes counseling and mental health treatment services. We utilize many different modalities in talk therapy, such as:  Individual counseling  and psychotherapy, groups, couples, families, anger management, domestic violence referrals, and upcoming youth counseling service to be announced.
